Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, most purchases can be returned for up to 14 days from the original order date for a full refund. Purchases of made to order and customized items will be reviewed on an individual basis for eligibility for return or store credit. Returns for made to order and customized items or for items returned after the 14 day return window may receive store credit only at the sole discretion of MahalDoodles.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the mahaldoodles.com website. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition to be eligible for a full refund. The original packaging and any inserts, brochures, certificates of authenticity, or any other items received with the product must be included. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. Returns that are damaged, altered, or show any signs of use may not be accepted and may be subject to return back to the customer.
Pre-Orders
When offered, pre-orders can be cancelled at any time up until the availability date without penalty. Pre-orders will be notified no less than 3 days before processing any payment once product availability has been determined to allow ample time to cancel or make changes to any open pre-orders. All other order and return policies will go into effect at the conclusion of the pre-order period.
Return Process
Please contact customer support to determine eligibility for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Retain a record of your RMA number for follow up inquiries. Shipper will be responsible for damages sustained during shipment. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment, will void the warranty and be returned to you non-repaired, unacceptable for return or exchange.
